    I had Havening to help with my long term fear of flying. I can honestly say that with one session with Karen, I was able to look forward to going on holiday, rather than the fear of getting on an aeroplane. Obviously I wasn’t sure whether I would feel calm until the day of the flight but, as my family will attest, I was calm from the drive in, waiting in queues to standing in the alleyway waiting to board. Following the initial flight, we took five more flights within our holiday period and that fear never came back. My Havening experience was truly lifechanging.

  • Maddie- Spider Phobia

    ‘My experience of havening with Karen was far more effective than I could have imagined. I approached Karen with a severe phobia to spiders, my history of this has been uncontrollable, brought on panic attacks and I have been unable to find a remedy to control this. Karen did not give me anything to expect, she just calmly walked me through the process and was very knowledgeable. She holds space in a beautiful way and I’m very grateful to have found her, my phobia has declined significantly and I am forever thankful for this, I am now looking forward to overcoming some other built up traumas with Karen now that I have experienced the power of this technique.     Following a serious panic attack, I had an emergency Havening Session with Karen. This was a life saver for me, and really proved that Havening Touch has immense power to heal. I calmed down and even started laughing during some of the techniques that we used to distract my shattered mind.

    I highly recommend Havening for PTSD, anxiety and panic attacks. It is gentle and there is no need to speak about traumatic event.

  • Shelly - Pre operation fear / anxiety

    Karen introduced me to “havening” about a month before I was due to have total ankle replacement surgery. It had taken me several years of research to finally decide to go ahead with the surgery and I was completely terrified of the operation and very nervous about whether I had made the right decision or not. My previous surgery had not gone well and was a traumatic experience. I was getting more and more stressed as the operation date got closer. Karen suggested I give “havening” a try. She explained the basics of the technique to me and I watched a few videos online. I decided I had nothing to loose so, without too many expectations, I started a regular routine of “havening” and within a couple of sessions I found my stress levels dropping considerably. It was amazing. I ultimately went into surgery feeling so much calmer. I highly recommend trying “havening”. It works!

  • Coaching saved me

    Before working with Karen as my Coach I was feeling totally overwhelmed, exhausted and drained.  I couldn’t see how to make things work with my career and life balance.  My health was suffering.

    I have been meeting with Karen each month for almost a year and it has been the best investment in myself I have ever made. I look forward to our coaching sessions with anticipation, they have changed my life for the better.  I feel I am in a much stronger position both career wise and personally.  I feel in control of my future now.

  • Health and Wellbeing at Work

    As a Manager of a team of 30 people, I am constantly aiming to support and inspire my team so they are happy and productive at work.  The team’s culture is everything.  Employee Health and Wellbeing is so important.  Karen’s “Health and Wellbeing at Work” series of workshops has really given my team a positive boost and I have noticed a really positive change in attitudes and communication.

    The session focussed on individual’s overall work/life balance and this directly impacts on how happy, focussed and productive people are at work.  Recent new Government legislation is supporting this sort of intervention and it really does work on all levels.  It has been a worthwhile investment and the individual coaching support is invaluable.
